Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Mrs. Grace Salu is a professional with 30 years diverse work experience acquired from the Oil, Consulting and Banking industries. She is a seasoned banker with experience in the areas of banking operations, investment banking, business development, and branch management. She is an experienced administrator, very versatile with highly developed problem-solving skills.
Her banking experience spans four institutions, the last three of which she held management positions. She is a veteran at branch management having worked in that capacity in three banks. As a Branch Manager, one of her core responsibilities was regular training of branch staff.
She started her work career with Ernst & Young (Management Consultants), Nigeria in October 1990 where she was responsible for recruitment of personnel for client organization and organizing training programs. She had a stint with Mobil Oil Nigeria where she worked in the accounting department.
Grace is skilled in identifying the right talent for the job and utilizes her network to head hunt professionals to fill vacant positions. She has a wealth of experience that is deployed in assisting clients to identify business issues and making appropriate recommendation for interventions that increases both productivity and profit.
Grace is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Accredited Member of the Institutes Consulting & IT Faculty. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University. She attended a certificate course in ‘Entrepreneurship: Developing Competitive Strategy’ at the IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Barcelona.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education both from the University of Lagos. Grace is an Accredited Management Consultant (AMC) and also an Accredited SME Consultant (ASMEC) being a member of international organizations licensed and trademarked in the USA.
